1. What Hooky is

Hooky is an AI agent that markets your app on TikTok. It learns about your app, writes and makes slideshow posts, and sends them to the TikTok account you connect as drafts. You publish them. Hooky then reads how your published posts did and uses that to decide what to make next. These terms are an agreement between you and [operator's registered name] ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using Hooky you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract.

One account is for one app.

3. Plans and payment

Hooky is a paid subscription, charged by card through our payment provider, either every month or once a year, as you choose. A yearly plan is charged in full at the start of each year. There is no free plan and no free trial. The plans are: Starter, 15 posts a month, $29 charged every month or $276 charged once a year; Growth, 30 posts a month, $49 charged every month or $468 charged once a year; Scale, 90 posts a month, $149 charged every month or $1,428 charged once a year. Every plan does the same work; they differ in how many posts you get each month. Paying yearly does not change how many posts you get: they are given every month, counted from the day you paid.

A post counts against your month when it reaches your TikTok as a draft. A post that fails on our side does not count. Changing a post before it is sent does not use another one. Posts you do not use in a month do not carry over.

You can change plan or cancel at any time in Settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and is not renewed.

We may change prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change, and it applies from your next month or year of billing. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

4. What we make for you

The posts are made by AI: the words are written by a language model and the pictures are generated images. Between us, you own the posts we make for you and may use them to promote your app. Similar posts may be made for other customers, and we do not promise that a post is unique or that it can be protected by copyright.

AI makes mistakes. Every post reaches you as a draft so that you can read it before anyone else sees it. You decide what is published, and you are responsible for what you publish, including any claim a post makes about your app.

During your first week we look at your posts ourselves before they are sent, to check their quality. After that they are sent without our review.

5. Your TikTok account

You connect your TikTok account through TikTok's own sign-in. We never ask for or see your TikTok password. Connecting lets us send drafts to your account and read the numbers of your posts. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

The account is yours, and TikTok's rules apply to it. You are responsible for following them, including TikTok's rules on labelling AI-generated content. We are not responsible for what TikTok does with your account or your posts.

If your subscription ends, we disconnect your TikTok account from Hooky seven days later.

6. Your revenue numbers

You can choose to connect your revenue so that results show money as well as views. You do this by giving us a key that can only read. We use it to read the total you earned each day, and for nothing else. We store the key encrypted. You can remove it at any time in Settings, and you can delete it where you made it.

Revenue is shown for your whole account. We do not claim that any post caused any sale.

7. What you must not do

Do not use Hooky to promote anything illegal, to mislead people, to pretend to be someone else, or to promote an app you have no right to promote. Do not try to get around plan limits, resell access, interfere with other customers, or try to make the agent act against these terms. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why where we can.

8. No promise of results

How a post does depends on TikTok and on its audience, which we do not control. We do not promise views, downloads, users or revenue, or that TikTok will accept, keep or show any post. Hooky is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

9. Limit of our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Hooky is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything a social platform does to your account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer where you live.

10. Changes and ending

We may change these terms as Hooky changes. We will tell you about changes that matter by email or inside Hooky before they apply. If you keep using Hooky after that, you accept them. You can stop using Hooky and cancel at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by [governing law]. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
